Orlando Mini Open pres. by Roetzel and Andress almost sold out

With less than a week before the event, only nine foursomes remain for the Orlando Mini Open presented by Roetzel and Andress. The Open is the primary fundraising event for the Florida Citrus Sports Foundation MVPs. Foursomes are $500, while individual tickets may be purchased for $125. All proceeds benefit the Foundation MVPs and FCSports’ efforts in Central Florida.

The Open will be held Thursday, September 22 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Hawaiian Rumble Adventure Golf on International Drive. Participants may sign up for one of two flights, scheduled for 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. It is the Foundation’s goal to raise $50,000 to improve the quality of life for disadvantaged youth and families in Central Florida. For over 60 years, FCSports has contributed to educational institutions and charities aimed at benefitting the Orlando community and its surrounding area.

Participants will compete in a unique round of miniature golf styled after the U.S. Open. The event will include mobile leaderboards and fine dining throughout the course. Prizes will be awarded to team champion, individual champion and best dressed. Hospitality areas are equipped with a top-shelf bar, cigar roller, music and more gourmet cuisine.

A silent auction and raffle will be held as part of the benefit. Tickets for the raffle may be purchased at the event or prior to the event by calling the FCSports office at 407-423-2476. Raffle tickets are sold in bundles (3-$20, 10-$50, or 25-$100) and contestants do not have to be present to win.
