Florida Citrus Sports is implementing additional procedures at events to ensure the safety of guests and staff members. We ask that all attendees comply with the following protocols.
New Standards for Personal Health & Safety:
Patrons must wear face coverings prior to entering the stadium, while walking throughout, in common areas and during personal interactions within six feet of another person outside of the individuals they are seated with. Face coverings may only be removed when patrons are eating or drinking in their assigned seats or visiting a private restroom. To encourage compliance, patrons are not permitted to eat or drink while roaming the stadium.
Whenever possible, all patrons must maintain a physical distance of at least six feet when in the presence of other people outside of the individuals they are seated with.
Please note: Fans are required to stay in their assigned seating pods while watching the game.
Touchless hand sanitization stands have been procured, are onsite and will be placed around the stadium at all entry points, by elevators and escalators, along concourses, in premium spaces, private suites and various common areas by gate time on event days. Patrons are encouraged to sanitize their hands periodically during their visit to the stadium.
Upgrades & Enhancements to Camping World Stadium:
Camping World Stadium has created a comprehensive print and digital COVID-19 signage package that reflects CDC-recommended messaging and also assists with patron flow, ingress and egress, restroom and elevator etiquette, physical distancing and sanitization reminders. The signage includes large A-frame displays, floor decals, wall decals, pull-up banners and digital displays featured on high-definition flat screens within premium spaces and private suites.
INCREASED FREQUENCY OF CLEANING
Owens Services, our cleaning and sanitizing partner, have not only significantly increased the frequency of cleaning common areas and high-touch surfaces like elevator buttons, door handles, hand rails, vending machines and bathrooms, they are also dedicating specially-trained staff to sanitize more thoroughly.
We are actively working with our service partners in transitioning to a cashless environment where use of credit cards, debit cards and mobile devices (Apple Wallet, Google Pay, etc.) are the preferred mode for purchases of food & beverage, merchandise and tickets.
In addition to our required service training for all staff members, we will provide ongoing education on the latest COVID-19 policies and procedures so our staff and partners are aware of best practices and can safely work in this new environment.
IMPROVED AIR VENTILATION
Our operations team has significantly upgraded many of our building systems to create a safer environment for all, including increased ventilation with outdoor air instead of recirculated air, increased frequency of HVAC cleaning and air filter replacement to maximize fresh air exchange, maintaining optimal humidity indoors (based on a scientific approach) to reduce the possibility of viruses surviving in the air on surfaces and installing UV lighting within applicable HVAC units.
GLOBAL BIORISK ADVISORY COUNCIL (GBAC) STAR FACILITY ACCREDITATION
Camping World Stadium has received a Global Biorisk Advisory Council STAR Facility Accreditation which affirms the venue’s level of commitment to proper cleaning protocols, maintaining a program that minimizes risk of infection and trains cleaning professionals on proper preparation techniques and response. The GBAC STAR certification is widely regarded as the industry standard and serves as a seal of approval that we are prioritizing the health and safety of everyone visiting or working at the stadium.
