• This trip we did the following: Hard Rock (Guitar) Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, South Pointe Park is a good place to watch the sunset and cruise ships depart (around 5pm) in Miami Beach, Brickell Marketplace is a good place for a walk near downtown Miami. Also, check out Bayside Park and Bayside Marketplace. Miami has a free elevated train for public transportation.If you have an extra day or two, they have ballpark tours at Loan Depot Park (Miami Marlins) and Kaseya Center (Miami Heat). Or, you could check out Everglades National Park and/or Biscayne National Park.On the way back to Orlando, head over to Lake Worth Beach and then drive north on South Ocean Blvd to Palm Beach (beautiful drive along the ocean and huge mansions). You may be diverted before Palm Beach due to security near the “Winter White House”.
