Harold Mills Begins Term As President, Ken Potrock Moves To Chairman
ZeroChaos CEO Harold Mills was inducted as the 39th president of Florida Citrus Sports, with a one-year term that will last through March of 2016. In this new role, Mills will lead the day-to-day activities of the organization’s board of directors. His term began on April 1, but his first appearance as president will happen next month at the Member Celebration presented by BMO Harris Bank and Florida Hospital at Full Sail Live.
As CEO of the award-winning ZeroChaos, Mills oversees the strategic direction and market development for one of the world’s top workforce management companies. Mills has been honored with many awards including the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year, the Peter Yessne Staffing Industry Innovator of the Year, Orlando’s Entrepreneur of the Year and the list of Orlando Magazine’s Most Influential Businessmen.
Outgoing President Ken Potrock of Walt Disney World Resort begins his one-year term as chairman. In the new role, Potrock will remain on the board’s executive committee and also oversee the team selection committee for the Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl and Russell Athletic Bowl. A near 20-year veteran at Disney, Potrock is currently the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Disney Vacation Club and Adventures by Disney, a post he took over in 2013 after serving as the Senior VP of Disney Sports Enterprises. Prior to joining the Sports Enterprises team, Potrock led Global Alliance Marketing for Disney’s $12 billion Parks and Resorts division, which encompasses the five Disney Resorts around the world, Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, and the Adventures by Disney travel business. Among his accomplishments, Potrock was the executive producer of the 2000 Super Bowl Halftime Show. Potrock earned his B.A. from Washington University and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
Outgoing Chairman Tony Massey will also remain on the executive committee in a two-year term as past chairman. He is the President and CEO of Massey Services, Inc., a company he joined after graduation from the University of Alabama in 1989. Massey currently serves on the Professional Pest Management Alliance Board of Directors, is the President of the Board for the Orlando Museum of Art, and holds executive advisory positions with SunTrust of Central Florida and the Orlando Economic Development Commission. His years as Florida Citrus Sports president (2013-14) and chairman (2014-15) were marked by significant change and growth for the organization that laid the foundation for the many new initiatives currently being pursued.
