“Elite breakfast spot in the Strip District. Expect to wait if coming on a weekend morning (closed Monday and Tuesday). The highlight here are the pancakes but just about anything is good. Pancakes are very thin and look like crepes. The cheese used in the omelettes is also exceptional. They move the tables at a good pace here. If you can’t come on a weekday and don’t want to wait too long, try to get here around 12:30 or 1:00 on a weekend. Was able to only have a 15 minute wait at this time.
