The “Driving Impact” Celebrity Golf Classic at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club in Orlando is a private, celebrity pro-am golf event benefiting Lift Orlando. The two-day gathering also features a VIP Reception on Sunday, the day before the tournament, at the Lake Nona Golf & Country Clubhouse.
This year’s Driving Impact Celebrity Golf Classic will benefit a new Lift Orlando initiative, with proceeds from the event directly supporting a groundbreaking partnership with Orange County Public Schools.
Approved overwhelmingly by Orange Center Elementary School parents in January, the plan will transform the campus into a K–8 STEAM-focused charter academy over the next three years, making it Florida’s first public-private charter school.
