Position Description
The Account Executive, Member Service, is responsible for managing and growing relationships with Florida Citrus Sports members. This role focuses on renewals, retention, and upselling through exceptional customer service and proactive outreach. The position plays a key role in enhancing the overall member experience while driving incremental revenue opportunities across all FCS events and programs. The role will report to the Senior Account Executive, Member Service.

General Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Florida Citrus Sports members, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships through consistent communication, in-person meetings, and event-day interaction.
  • Execute renewal campaigns, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate account management in Salesforce.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities for premium seating, hospitality, and additional ticket packages.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Ticket Sales, Marketing, and Ticket Operations, to deliver a seamless member experience.
  • Support FCS events including the Pop-Tarts Bowl, Cheez-It Citrus Bowl, Florida Blue Florida Classic, and other year-round initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate member records and activity tracking in Salesforce.
  • Participate in outbound engagement campaigns to generate new referrals, renewals, and add-on purchases.
  • Handle all member inquiries with professionalism, providing quick and effective resolution to issues.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of member events and experiences throughout the year.
  • Represent Florida Citrus Sports at community and partner events as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sports/entertainment ticketing preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Commitment
This position requires at least forty hours per week and occasional nights, weekends and holidays, according to the Florida Citrus Sports event schedule. The successful candidate must successfully complete a background check and motor vehicle driving check.
