FCS Announces 2026-27 College Football Schedule at Camping World Stadium
Florida Blue Florida Classic, Pop-Tarts Bowl and Citrus Bowl will all be played in their traditional host venue amid a $400 million renovation
ORLANDO, Florida (Wednesday, June 3, 2026) — Florida Citrus Sports has confirmed dates and times of its three marquee college football events this season, all set for Camping World Stadium in Orlando.
The slate opens on Saturday, Nov. 21 at 3:30 p.m. ET with the Florida Blue Florida Classic, featuring HBCU rivals Florida A&M and Bethune-Cookman. Bowl Season will then follow with the Pop-Tarts Bowl, set for Tuesday, Dec. 29 at 5:30 p.m. ET, and the Citrus Bowl scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 2 at noon ET.
Now in its fourth season under the current title partnership, the Pop-Tarts Bowl will feature top programs from the Atlantic Coast and Big 12 Conferences for the 13th consecutive year. The Citrus Bowl, an Orlando tradition for 80 years, has featured SEC and Big Ten teams since 1993 and will host top teams from both conferences again this season.
The Florida Blue Florida Classic, meanwhile, remains one of the few major HBCU classics fully owned by the participating universities, who first met on the gridiron in 1925. The “Florida Classic” was formally established in 1978 and has been in Orlando for nearly three decades, having made Camping World Stadium its permanent home in 1997.
This fall, the venue will host all three games at reduced capacity while undergoing a $400 million renovation, scheduled for completion in 2027. The project will transform the stadium with an upgraded upper seating bowl, expanded terrace-level concourses with new amenities, a redesigned exterior, a multipurpose events center and more.
Single-game Florida Blue Florida Classic tickets will be available to the public later this summer, while tickets to the Pop-Tarts Bowl and Citrus Bowl will go on sale after teams are selected on Sunday, Dec. 6.
Fans can also secure early access to all three events now through FCS Stadium Pass packages, available at StadiumPassOrlando.com.
