Florida Citrus Sports Announces Staff Promotions for 2026
Florida Citrus Sports (FCS) announced two staff promotions and a title change, reflecting the organization’s continued growth and commitment to operational excellence across its world-class sporting and entertainment events portfolio.
Simon Dover is now Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Since joining FCS as CFO in August 2023, Dover has taken on more than just leading the finance portion of FCS’s business. He has played a pivotal role in elevating the organization’s overall procedures and processes, spearheaded many areas of organizational growth, such as real estate and contract management, and has elevated its approach to HR and team development.
Nick Stepp has been promoted to Senior Director of Finance, where he will continue to oversee the organization’s financial operations. Stepp, who joined Florida Citrus Sports in 2015, leads financial settlements for FCS’s broad portfolio of events, along with overseeing the organization’s budgeting process, annual audit and tax returns.
Maggie Roberts has moved to Manager of Brand Marketing, expanding her responsibilities within the integrated marketing and communications team. In her role, Roberts will create and oversee brand standards across the organization’s many properties and will help oversee the organization’s inventory and merchandise strategy.
