Grace Averitt, a fourth grader at East Lake Elementary, has won the 2009 Spherion Orlando Citrus Parade drawing contest, beating out over 300 other entrants. Grace will ride in the parade on Dec. 30 as an Honorary Grand Marshal. Her winning design will serve as the cover of the parade program.
