“Drive Out Hunger” Holiday Bus Tour

In December 2025, Florida Citrus Sports was proud to be part of something that mattered well beyond the stadium. Alongside AdventHealth, the Orlando Magic and Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, we joined a community-wide effort to make sure kids in Central Florida had access to meals during winter break — because food insecurity doesn’t take a holiday.

Our collective $63,000 contribution with AdventHealth and the Orlando Magic reached all 63 schools in Seminole County Public Schools — every elementary, middle, high school and special center in the district. School leaders were given the flexibility to use the funds however made the most sense for their students, whether that was stocking food pantries, putting together family meal kits, or making sure individual kids had something to eat. By the end of the school year, those pantries had supported an estimated 2,800 students. Funds also went toward grocery gift cards for families connected to the district’s Families in Need program — a small but meaningful lifeline for students experiencing homelessness or unexpected hardship at home.
