Ken Potrock Begins Term As President, Tony Massey Moves To Chairman

Ken Potrock of Disney Vacation Club made his first public appearance as 2014-15 FCSports President at the Member Celebration presented by BMO Harris Bank and Florida Hospital. Tony Massey of Massey Services Inc., who served as president in 2013-14, begins his one-year term as Chairman.

Outgoing 2013-14 President Massey will move to Chairman, where he will continue his role on the Executive Committee and also oversee the Team Selection Committee for the Capital One Bowl and Russell Athletic Bowl. Massey is the President and CEO of Massey Services, Inc., a company he joined after graduation from the University of Alabama in 1989. Massey currently serves on the Professional Pest Management Alliance Board of Directors, is the President of the Board for the Orlando Museum of Art, and holds executive advisory positions with SunTrust of Central Florida and the Orlando Economic Development Commission. Massey’s father, Harvey, is a long-time community leader, the 1998 Florida Citrus Sports President and the 2009 recipient of the Howard Palmer Award.

With Massey now installed as Chairman, Potrock becomes the 38th President of Florida Citrus Sports. Potrock will lead the day-to-day activities of the Executive Committee. A near 20-year veteran at Disney, Potrock is currently the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Disney Vacation Club, a post he took over in 2013 after serving as the Senior VP of Disney Sports Enterprises. Prior to joining the Sports Enterprises team, Potrock led Global Alliance Marketing for Disney’s $12 billion Parks and Resorts division, which encompasses the five Disney Resorts around the world, Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, and the Adventures by Disney travel business. Among his accomplishments, Potrock was the executive producer of the 2000 Super Bowl Halftime Show. Potrock earned his B.A. from Washington University and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
